Processing & Production
Rather than stockpiling inventory in bulk warehouses, many of our pieces are produced fresh at our factory partners specifically for you. That means what arrives at your door is always new, carefully made, and held to the highest quality standard.
- Made-to-order & restocked items: Please allow 7–10 business days for production and processing prior to dispatch.
- In-stock items: Please allow 2–4 business days for processing.
Shipping Times
After your order leaves our hands, you can expect delivery within 7–12 business days via USPS. Every shipment comes with tracking and insurance so you can follow your order every step of the way.
High demand and our small-batch approach can occasionally extend timelines slightly — but we'd always rather take a little extra time than cut corners on what we send you.

As soon as your order is on its way, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Give it 24–48 hours after dispatch for the tracking details to fully populate.
