Your order becomes confirmed only once Curvite formally acknowledges acceptance and your payment has been successfully received and processed. We encourage you to double-check your order before submitting, as cancellations may not be possible once an order has been accepted. Curvite's store is built and hosted on Shopify's platform, which powers the Services we provide. However, all transactions — every sale and purchase — occur directly between you and Curvite. By using our Services, you understand and agree that Shopify plays no role in any aspect of those transactions and bears no responsibility for any injuries, losses, or damages connected to products purchased through our store. You expressly release Shopify and all of its affiliated entities from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your transactions with Curvite.
